Program not working at all

I downloaded the trial version directly from the website and it worked fine and with full control, but when I went to buy the full version, the product offered is totally diferent from the version I downloaded and dont allow too much control ( I think this is the fantashow 2 on the app store). Also the version that I downloaded from the app store (1.2.2) does not work at all.
The developer needs to fix this problem.
